It's located in Dimiao town, that's an hour away by PUJ or less by v-hire from Tagbilaran. It's 6 years old. And apart from the caretakers, no one actually lives here. So it's basically unused (photos were taken just yesterday, Feb 20). The title is clean as the lawn and the surrounding of the entire place. The entire lot is more than 400 square meters, and is just a few meters away from the hi-way. It's actually huge. Plus, it's got a nice beach at the back. Inside it has 6 bedrooms and a library. This is really perfect for those who want to have a vacation house away from the buzzling city streets. Water and electricity are no problem. It's got two water systems, btw. No problem with cellphone signals, too.
Everything inside the house: beds, cabinets, e-fans, cable TV, ref, sala sets--one in the living room and another in the foyer, a gas stove, kitchen cabinets and utensils, tables and the dogs, also goes with the sale.
