just two of the world's spookiest places

i was supposed to post today photos of Camiguin's sunken cemetery, the one i took from underwater, but i still have to develop the film, my bad. so maybe, just maybe, they will be available for next year's halloween special.

this post here however is inspired (aka kinopya) by TF's Nov. 1 ish. the paper has actually published today the photos and stories of these two scariest places in the world in view of today's halloween celebration. and in my try to scare my readers (LOL!), i made my own version here, photos lang, bec they sure make a lot of sense that my non-sense writing skills. anyway, like i always say, enjoy...

This is the Catacombs of Paris.

Here you can see tunnels being converted into a mass tomb of which thousands, or probably millions, of century-old bones are kept.

Yeah, more human bones. Femurs, skulls all over the place. There are more here (just click for the tour).

and of course, Dracula's castle.

PS: I can go all day wandering around cemeteries reading the names of the dead and the year they died (the oldest i've seen was a tombstone of a person who died in the late 1800's, around the time Rizal met his death too), but i don't think i'll go to the Catacombs of Paris. There are just sooo many exposed bones there, thank you nalang. But it's without a doubt, Dracula's castle would be the first stop i'd make if i'd be given a chance to visit Transylvania. Bec first, the count fascinates me so much that i want to meet him in person soon, and lastly, i love castles. So here's to the dream!
