Guilty. But there's a long way to go actually. Erap's conviction (being found guilty of plunder by the Sandiganbayan, which slapped him a life sentence imprisonment) could well be reversed to acquittal by the Supreme Court. A minor error in the Sandiganbayan's decision is what the high court needs to quash today's verdict. That easy.
But who is laughing now? I was smiling when I heard the news this morning straight from GMA7's live coverage, but my smile was not for Erap's fate, but for what this country is actually capable of doing. It's a former president there it convicted. It's too good to be true, really.

in my opinion..i dont think he deserves it..
he deserves more than what the court has just sentenced him...just my opinion.
