benefits of coffee

Do you know that a cup of coffee a day reduces the chances of developing cirrhosis of the liver by 20%...and consuming 4 cups a day, 80%?

According to Wikipedia, recent studies show that drinking coffee is good for our health as it kind of cures cirrhosis, diabetes, cardiovascular disease and cancer.

I said "kind of" as such studies have yet to be verified whether these benefits are linked to caffeine. But a consistent finding on coffee's relation to medicine reveals that coffee has been seen to have caused the reduction of diabetes mellitus type 2 to coffee drinkers. Whatever that is, I'm sure this is a good thing for us coffee-drinkers.

But the very best thing in coffee still lies in its power to keep us alive and kicking. Whatchyathink?

Saw that ad of Nestle coffee dear? Twetee de Leon (the endorser) said drinking coffee is even better than drinking red wine. It has more anti-oxidants daw that prevents aging (no wonder, you look like a kindergarten until now..hehehe) and certain kinds of illness (as u mentioned here). Well, keep it up dear!

Caffeine can also make you smarter, according to an issue of Times I read months ago. That actually makes sense since caffeine is a stimulant.

Actually, not really smarter but the caffeine's stimulating effects can make your brain cells more receptive to information. Mas daghan ka ma-absorb in just a short time. Problem is, there is no empirical data measuring the retention level of people who drink coffee. So bisan unsa na kadaghan imo nahibaw.an, may purohan malimot ra sad ka. hehehe jogo gihapon...
